Lindokuhle Masondo holds a Bachelor of laws (LLB) degree which he obtained in 2022. He previously worked for a small firm based in Durban where he obtained various practical skills, experience and expertise in various aspects of law.

- Deputy chairperson of the Addington Hospital board
- Member of the Clairwood Hospital board
- Chairperson of the KwaZulu Natal Office of the State Attorneys’ Outsource Litigation Training Committee.
